Amarenco France, a leading renewable energy developer specialising in solar photovoltaic installations, started 2019 with a huge win. 100% of the projects it submitted for tenders were selected. With this new round, the company adds 42 projects to its development pipeline for a capacity of 15 MW in total. This is enough contracted work to feed its order book until 2021.
With 12 industrial rooftops to cover up with PV and 30 solar building structures (most of them in the agricultural sector) won in the CRE tenders, Amarenco ranked 2nd in the Finergreen tender report, and aims to do even better at the next call for tenders.
To deliver this large project pipeline, the company will create 35 additional jobs, with the ambition to cross the 100 employees’ threshold by the end of the year.
Thanks to its market leading expertise and its agility, the company regularly outperforms competitors in the industrial and agricultural markets. Amarenco has the full breadth of project capabilities, enabling them to deliver quality turnkey installations, from their design all the way to their operation and maintenance.
Going forward, Amarenco also ambitions to increase its portfolio of ground-mount, utility-scale solar power plants, whilst also developing an attractive offering in the field of energy self-consumption.
